Live Users & Sessions
See sessions active within the recent 60-second window, current page, device, browser, location (where available), engagement seconds, last seen, and per-page/session scroll. The live interface updates about every 10 seconds.
External Analytics Ultimate helps you understand visits and meaningful activity across the websites you manage. Keep analytics in one workspace—from live sessions and marketing channels to campaign reports and conversion goals.
It is one place to understand how people discover and engage with your websites. A short JavaScript tag sends allowed browser activity to the central PHP tracking endpoint; the platform stores it in MySQL and turns it into dashboards and reports. Unlike a WordPress-only plugin, the central server can receive visits from supported HTML pages, PHP sites, Laravel apps, WordPress websites and other platforms that permit custom JavaScript.
The same installation can serve multiple site owners. Each connected website receives a unique public site key and an embed snippet. Admins manage accounts, configurations, safety controls and reporting. Regular users see the websites they are permitted to access.
Understand how traffic arrives, what visitors do on your pages, which campaigns produce meaningful events, and how performance differs between devices or pages.

A clear picture of who visits and how audiences arrive.

Daily and date-range totals for visitors, sessions and pageviews, trend bars, top pages, sources, countries, devices, browsers and operating systems. Counts are collected by this installation and are not Google Analytics data.
Group visits into Direct, Organic Search, Social, Paid, Referral, Email, Display, Affiliate and Other using campaign UTMs, supported click IDs and referrers. Paid Social and Organic Social depend on sufficiently clear attribution signals.
Track utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content together with sessions, pageviews, events and goal conversions. Includes a campaign URL builder and channel breakdowns.
Break down desktop, phone and tablet traffic by browser, browser version, OS, screen/viewport size and some hardware/network signals. Phone/tablet model and brand are displayed only when browser APIs provide them.
Show country, region and city when the server/CDN or configured GeoIP source makes location information available. Location can be unknown, approximate or inaccurate. Admin controls include IP anonymization and GeoIP lookup.
Go beyond pageviews while keeping personal content out of tracking.
Record supported link, button, outbound, download, form-focus and form-submit events, scroll milestones, page visibility and media play/pause activity. Custom events can describe additional non-sensitive user interactions.
Detect common ad containers and record observed visibility, hover, pointerdown/click-attempt and certain iframe interaction signals. Supports a manual ad event API. These are estimates—not confirmed Google Ad Manager billing clicks.
Define a goal against an event type and a matching URL, event name or supported target value. Count matched conversions by session and report conversion totals and channel performance.
Explore top viewed pages, landing pages, exits, engagement measures, scroll depth, and internal site-search events where supported query parameters are available. Search terms are restricted by privacy sanitization.
Review session activity order, top event sequences, returning-visitor signals, repeat sessions and available retention views. These are first-party, browser-dependent signals—not cross-device identity tracking.
Operate the analytics platform across sites and teams.
Filter by website, dates and event details; download sessions, events, ads, campaigns, traffic types and device intelligence reports in CSV format. Printable reports and administrative export controls are available.
Use a separate login for administrators and users, hashed passwords, session and CSRF protections, site-domain allowlists, tracking rate limits, optional anonymized IPs, and an opt-in consent gate on the tracking snippet.
Export database backups, restore supported backups, review activity logs and diagnostics, and use an optional server cron job for scheduled local backups and retention cleanup. Test restores separately and keep off-server copies.
Visitors can register when the administrator enables public signup. Users can connect permitted websites, get an individual site key and tracking snippet, and see the sites assigned to their account. Admins manage users and permissions.
Connect websites through a lightweight tracking code, then follow visitor activity from one organized workspace. Works across popular website builders, frameworks and custom websites. Optional APIs provide more integration possibilities.
Register when public signup is enabled, or ask an administrator to create or grant an account. Users sign in at their own portal, separate from admin login.
Add a site name and domain(s), subject to your account permissions and the administrator's allowed-site limit. The platform creates a unique site key.
Copy the generated script tag into a template header, footer or HTML source. If your consent setup requires it, load/enable tracking only after valid consent.
Open Live Users or Events after a permitted visit. Check the Diagnostics or Network tab if requests are blocked, then explore channels, goals and reports.

Connect websites where you can add a tracking code, then explore activity and reports from your central dashboard.
Get a site key, embed the script, filter your own data and access reports without receiving administrative control over unrelated accounts.
Go to user loginManage user access, site domains, tracking settings, goal configurations, database backups, diagnostics and routine maintenance.
Go to admin loginVisitor analytics can be personal data under applicable privacy law. Site owners are responsible for giving appropriate notice, collecting consent where required, restricting access and configuring retention. The script is designed not to record keystrokes or full form field values, and it does not include a visual screen-video/DOM-snapshot recorder.
Options include IP anonymization, consent gating, data retention, disabled tracking categories and exclusion markers for sensitive page elements.
Password, card, OTP and typed form values are not intended to be collected. Custom events and URLs still require care to avoid accidentally sending personal details.
Exact phone model or PC brand is often hidden. GeoIP locations are approximate, browser blockers can prevent tracking, and a missing referrer can appear as Direct traffic.
Cross-origin iframe content is protected by browser security. Hover, focus/blur and pointer signals are helpful indicators, not verified paid ad clicks or earnings.
No. You can connect WordPress, other content management systems, online stores, landing pages and custom websites where a tracking code is supported.
Yes, when the administrator enables public registration. Users can also create their own sites when self-service site creation is enabled, subject to configured limits and permissions.
The browser sends activity, including a periodic heartbeat, and the Live Users page refreshes approximately every 10 seconds. A session is considered online when it has been seen within the current live window. Actual updates depend on network connectivity and browser behavior.
Only where the browser shares enough device information. Many browsers do not expose the actual Windows laptop/PC brand or exact iPhone model; those visits may show Unknown or Browser restricted.
It uses available UTM fields and supported advertising click identifiers first, then referring domains. Without reliable marketing parameters, a paid social visit can be indistinguishable from organic social traffic. Configure campaign UTMs for better accuracy.
No. Real video/screen recording and DOM snapshot replay are intentionally not included. The platform focuses on events, scroll and engagement information instead.
No. Certain click-attempt/iframe signals are inferred from observable actions around ad containers. Billing-grade click counts must come from your ad platform.
Data is written to the MySQL/MariaDB database configured during installation. Your hosting setup, backups and access restrictions determine how securely and how long those records are retained.
You can use the included analytics features without paying a separate analytics reporting provider. Your infrastructure and optional external services may still have costs. Certain optional location lookups may use external services.
